Yes, only when your account is approved, you may view the reseller prices and place orders.

No activation fee. No recurring fee to maintain reseller status.

3. How can I get my application approved sooner?
You may select one of the following ways:

1. Send us a copy of your resale certificate, tax ID, and URL of your State Government website for certificate verification. This is the first choice.
2. Provide a copy of invoice one of your suppliers billed you.
3. Offer a phone number, fax number, or email address of one of your vendors who can provide trade reference for you.
4. Fill out the Customer Info Sheet, sign, and fax back to us.

4. Do you drop ship (ship directly to my customers)?

Yes. We can drop ship for most of our products domestically and internationally, and there is no handling fee, no minimum order.

Yes. You may download your catalog online.

Yes, we will send the update info in proper frequency.

Yes, only when you become our reseller.

That depends on practical necessity.

9. Will FindImport.com contact my customers?

No, we do not contact your customers. We encourage your customers to do business with you. We will charge your account directly and never ask for any personal information of your customers (such as email or credit card numbers).

10. Will you put your store name on the packages?

On the packages, we won't show our store name, product price or invoice but packing list.Back to top

11. What carrier do you use for shipping and what services are available?

We generally ship via UPS, FedEx, or the United State Post Office (USPS). If you want expedited shipping, feel free to let us know. Please view our complete shipping & return policy.

12. How much does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping is calculated from the UPS shipping tables using a combination of weight, shipping box dimension, and delivery destination. You can see your estimate shipping costs by clicking "Add to Cart" and then entering your country and state.

13. What Is My Billing Address?

Your billing address is the exact address on file with your bank or Credit Card Company. It is also the address in which the bank or credit card company mails your monthly statements to.

14. How can I know if my order got through?

After you place your order, you will receive order confirmation in your emails. You can also login your account to see your order status.

15. I received an email from my bank right after I placed my order. Does it mean you have charged my card?

We will never charge your card until the order has been shipped out. That email indicates that we have obtained authorizations to charge your card. It does not mean that the card has been charged.

16. When will my order arrive?

With ground delivery in the Continental US, your order will generally arrive within 2 - 7 business days after it leaves the warehouse. Any case of delay, we will email or call you.
